TalentIntel

TalentIntel is the Public Relations Women Foundation’s specialised talent mobility and professional placement platform, connecting organisations, institutions, companies, and government agencies with communications professionals who combine strategic competence, cultural fluency, and leadership readiness.

Built with a deliberate focus on emerging markets, TalentIntel recognises that public relations professionals in these regions have developed sophisticated and adaptive practice in response to unique economic, political, and societal realities. The platform makes this expertise visible, accessible, and deployable across sectors and geographies, enabling institutions to strengthen leadership, credibility, and influence.

Our Purpose

TalentIntel exists to ensure that capable communications professionals — particularly those from emerging markets — can move seamlessly across organisations and institutions while sustaining career continuity, professional growth, and economic participation.

At the same time, it provides companies, government agencies, and institutions with access to professionals equipped to navigate complex stakeholder environments, deliver strategic outcomes, and enhance organisational reputation and impact.

Through TalentIntel, the Foundation bridges the gap between talent and opportunity, reinforcing professional standards, enabling institutional excellence, and contributing to the long-term growth of public relations as a leadership discipline worldwide.

How TalentIntel Works

TalentIntel operates as a standards-led, relationship-driven platform, delivering tiered engagement to meet the varying needs of organisations and institutions:

This tier collates and submits CVs of qualified candidates who have expressed interest in a specific vacancy, providing a streamlined solution for standard roles where pre-assessed, interested candidates are sufficient.

This adds an additional layer of rigor by conducting first-level assessments to shortlist candidates, ensuring alignment with organisational context, role requirements, and professional standards.

This is reserved for management and C-suite PR and communications roles, where the Foundation acts as a strategic advisor, participating in interview panels, assessing candidates, and providing guidance on selection.

Executive Search is designed for high-impact roles where leadership, cultural fit, and institutional alignment are critical.

Each placement tier carries a fee commensurate with the level of engagement and advisory support provided. Organisations will receive full guidance on fees and engagement once a placement request is submitted.

The Institutional Value

Organisational Benefits

For organisations, institutions, companies, and government agencies, TalentIntel delivers more than candidate sourcing. It provides access to strategically trained communications professionals who understand diverse markets and stakeholder ecosystems. The platform offers a pipeline of talent prepared to assume leadership roles and contribute to organisational credibility and influence, with placements that are standards-aligned, culturally fluent, and capable of navigating complex institutional and societal dynamics.

Professional Growth

For professionals, TalentIntel ensures career continuity and mobility across markets and organisations, recognising competencies developed in emerging markets on a global stage and integrating them into a trusted ecosystem of peers, mentors, and institutional partners that reinforces growth and influence.

Why TalentIntel Matters

While global public relations often centres on established economies, TalentIntel ensures that expertise from emerging markets is visible, recognised, and deployed where it can make the greatest impact. The platform strengthens institutions, elevates leadership pipelines, and positions professionals to lead across sectors and geographies, contributing to the evolution of global public relations practice in a genuinely inclusive and credible way.

Engage With TalentIntel

Organisations and institutions interested in leveraging TalentIntel for leadership, talent mobility, or strategic communications roles can submit a placement request through the platform. Communications professionals seeking to be considered for placement can submit their professional profile, enabling them to be matched to opportunities aligned with their skills, experience, and leadership potential. The Foundation will confirm the appropriate engagement tier and provide full guidance on fees and process once a placement request is submitted.
